Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Treasury Services Representative.
In this role, the successful candidate as the Treasury Services Representative is responsible for payment postings, compiling and distributing reports, processing cash payments, and maintaining detailed records. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial operations, which include correctly posting payments, timely processing, regular reconciliation, error resolution, and detailed record-keeping.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of electronic transactionsPost and balance cash payments received from self-pay lockbox, live checks, and collections, ensuring accurate recording and receiptingAssist with EPIC and manual payment postings, ensuring accurate recording of both immediate and future-dated paymentsCompile and distribute daily departmental reports, analyze discrepancies, notify management of issues, and forward reports for final verification and disseminationComplete Sonic Deposit Logs accurately and timelyReconcile cash postings to ensure all payments are accurately posted in EPICVerify that all payments received are correctly reflected in the systemIdentify and resolve any discrepancies found during the reconciliation processCollaborate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely reconciliationMaintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactionsCollect and store necessary backup information for payments receivedEnsure all documentation is easily accessible and currentAddress inquiries, report and resolve issues promptlyAdditional Position Specific Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma. Minimum of one year of related work experience. Proficiency with PCs and MS Office software (Word, Excel, etc.) is a plus. Excellent organization, communication and time management skills are essential. Must be capable of handling multiple tasks and working independently when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office software.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $41,977.18 - $49,663.12 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
