TOGETHER WE WIN® **THE OPPORTUNITY** As a Treasury Services Team Lead at Banc of California, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of the Treasury Management Services department. You will help lead a team of treasury services professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients, while optimizing processes and implementing best practices. Your role will involve leading initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our treasury operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, thorough knowledge of treasury and banking products, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates. **HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE** + Assist management in maintaining the operational integrity of the department by handling internal daily support, including SLAs, reviewing/approving day-to-day work, and addressing service-related matters. + Assist with escalated issues. This will include direct customer communications. Ensures all issues are resolved and supports the company’s goals and values. + Handle complex requests as well as approves routine transactions. + Reviews daily quality assurance reports and work to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures. + Evaluate processes to identify optimization opportunities and efficiencies. Consistently assess processes to improve overall productivity and accuracy + Collaborate internally with other departments in handling of treasury services tasks. + Coordinates daily team activities, effectively delegate assignments, maintain work schedules, and provide necessary training. + May support call monitoring activities for quality assurance. Provides feedback and training on improving the overall service experience. Tracking and measuring results and provides ongoing feedback to team. + Participate in and/or lead projects and initiatives under the guidance of Management. + Set a high standard by leading by example and stepping into TM Manager/Supervisor responsibilities when needed. Ensure compliance with established bank policies and procedures and adhere to audit requirements. + Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of internal policies and procedures to effectively assist clients. Collaborates with management to keep procedures and job aids current. + Follows established bank policies & procedures, meets and adheres to audit standards. Supports the company’s goals and values. + Performs duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned. If role supports the ACH team, the following are the specific duties: + Onboarding and Maintenance of ACH Origination. + Utilize NACHA operational guidelines for decision-making. + Phone Support, includes customer assistance with sending ACH transactions and reviewing NACHA formatted files. + Customer Service Escalations, both internal and external. + Quality Assurance Reviews. If role supports the Integrations team, the following are the specific duties: + Onboarding and Maintenance for Integration solutions. + Lead for technical support and connectivity escalations from department. + Primary support for Aggregators via Business Online. + Lead projects for integration solutions, ensuring timeliness of completion for team. + Partner with internal departments for training, support and assistance as needed. + Quality Assurance Reviews. + Treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire the trust of others; work ethically and with integrity; uphold organizational values; accept responsibility for own actions. + Demonstrates knowledge of and adherence to EEO policy; shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; educates others on the value of diversity; promotes working environment free of harassment of any type; builds a diverse workforce and supports affirmative action. + Follows policies and procedures; completes tasks correctly and on time; supports the company’s goals and values. + Performs the position safely, without endangering the health or safety to themselves or others and will be expected to report potentially unsafe conditions. If role supports the ACH team: + Minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting ACH operations. + Minimum of 2 year of banking experience. + ACH Certification preferred. + Supervisory or team lead experience of 2-3 years is preferred. + Intermediate/ working knowledge of quality monitoring & phone systems. + Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. + Demonstrate knowledge of and adherence to NACHA Rules. + Understanding of NACHA File Requirements and how to support questions relations to NACHA formatted files.
