Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and processing pension related invoices through the Northern Trust Webcash systemResponsible for timely completion of annual CIEBA (Committee on Investment of Employee Benefit Assets) survey on the Defined Benefit PlanFollow up on audit confirmation requests from the company's internal and external auditorsUpload monthly returns from Northern Trust to perpetual databases maintained on the shared drive.Responsible for preparing and monitoring roughly 200 cashier vouchers/purchase orders totaling over $20M in annual spend for the company's insurance and real estate programsUtilize SAP in the reconciliation of general ledger charges and prepares various state compliance registrations.Manage correspondence for certificate of insurance requests and approve customized certificates when required by contractOversee property recommendations from insurance company, and work with sites to understand and track timeline for completion and costSupport the insurance policy renewals by collecting and monitoring exposure information. The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$47,800-$68,700Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
