Treasury Specialist
Top mortgage company looking for a Treasury Specialist to support their team! Great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in accounting and administrative duties! Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 1+ year of experience with administrative/ data entry experience 1+ year of experience in customer service Knowledge in general accounting preferred Description Receive, Log, and distribute Finance’s mail on a daily basis. Prepare daily cash position reports, organize cashflow support On a weekly basis, prepare notes not sent to bank report. Log and code checks received to the cash management group. Conduct our pairoff settlement confirmation with brokers and submit wire requests (3 times a month) Perform low activity bank/ liability reconciliations on a monthly basis Administer appraisal payment sites Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into databases and systems. Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity. Assist with data cleanup and validation projects. Generate reports and summaries based on data as required. Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies. Follow data entry guidelines and procedures. Perform other administrative tasks as needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
