The Treasury Support Specialist is an expert in the fields of treasury operations, training, bank reconciliation, research, and process documentation. This position is perfect for professionals that have a passion for learning, growth, organization and providing excellent customer support for our dealership operations teams. Responsibilities
Maintains policies and procedures for treasury operationsCreates new process documentation for training purposesProvides training for operational functions within treasury for department and stores, including store outreach training and new store onboardingProvides evaluation and analysis of company banking needs including the administration of electronic banking user access and authorized signor changes, and the periodic review of accounts, structures, and related statuses to optimize fees and efficienciesComplete bank reconciliations for various accounts ensuring accuracy and analysis of large or unusual reconciling itemsAssist month-end procedures including general ledger entriesMaintains communication with corporate accounting and finance teams to facilitate and ensure the company’s timely and effective postingsSeek continuous improvement; encourage ideas to improve processesAssist with Treasury initiatives and projects to improve department efficiencies, company profitability and cost savingsProvide and participate in cross-training within the departmentMaintains Treasury checklist for critical activities to ensure compliantTier 2 support for all Treasury related issues generated in Service Now, including extensive research issuesAssist with Service Now workflow distributionMaintain store and department check signers for all of LithiaBack up ACH/Wire initiationsAssist in new store acquisitions as neededOther duties and projects, as assignedSkills and Qualifications
