**Job Summary:**
The Treasury Operations Programs Lead will be responsible for management and oversight of all Global Markets Operations change and transformation initaitives that are in support of the Treasury business.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage multiple initiatives of varying size and scope
+ Lead the planning, structure and scoping in some cases, execution of agreed change in others
+ Lead the design / re-design of multiple elements of Treasury-related processes and workflows to drive efficiencies and improve the risk landscape
+ Elements of analysis to ensure alignment with enterprise and design standards
+ Develop strong partnerships across Treasury, Treasury Change and Funding areas including Senior tech & Project leads.
+ Pro-actively manage the transformation to target scope and identifying and implementing contingency plans as necessary
+ Produce management reporting on status and progress
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Strong understanding of the Treasury business and Treasury Operations as well as global markets activities
+ Strong process design and operational excellence mindset
+ Experience driving transformation with the ability to navigate effectively to deliver on time
+ 5 years of experience in Program Management
+ Strong organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, meet deadlines and also pay attention to the detail
+ Knowledge of and ability to apply project governance (documentation/reporting, tollgates, identifying risks/watch items etc.) to change
+ Ability to understand and work through complex problems and transfer that ability and knowledge to the teams.
