Job Summary:
The Treasury Operations Programs Lead will be responsible for management and oversight of all Global Markets Operations change and transformation initaitives that are in support of the Treasury business.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple initiatives of varying size and scopeLead the planning, structure and scoping in some cases, execution of agreed change in othersLead the design / re-design of multiple elements of Treasury-related processes and workflows to drive efficiencies and improve the risk landscapeElements of analysis to ensure alignment with enterprise and design standardsDevelop strong partnerships across Treasury, Treasury Change and Funding areas including Senior tech & Project leads.Pro-actively manage the transformation to target scope and identifying and implementing contingency plans as necessaryProduce management reporting on status and progressRequired Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the Treasury business and Treasury Operations as well as global markets activitiesStrong process design and operational excellence mindsetExperience driving transformation with the ability to navigate effectively to deliver on time 5 years of experience in Program ManagementStrong organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, meet deadlines and also pay attention to the detailKnowledge of and ability to apply project governance (documentation/reporting, tollgates, identifying risks/watch items etc.) to changeAbility to understand and work through complex problems and transfer that ability and knowledge to the teams.Desired Qualifications
