ResponsibilitiesThis is a Per Diem opening for Night Shift (11pm-7:30am) (8-40 hours per week and includes weekends and holidays)
The Treatment Advocate (TA) will assist with patient admissions, room transfers and discharges. The role will also support patients’ daily activities/needs, provide 1:1 patient observation, comfort and transfers within the facility and encourage patient recovery. The TA shall be a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individual who will serve a significant role of identifying and communicating patient needs and addressing them directly or in conjunction with nursing and other facility clinical staff.
Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent requiredCNA or HHA experience preferred, certification a plusBasic computer skillsAbility to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectivelyGood communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy (“bedside manner”)Working knowledge of Google Office and EMR preferredSubstance Abuse experience/knowledge preferredAll positions require a TST, MMR Titer, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and satisfactory criminal background records check.
