As the Treatment Planning Solutions (TPS) Product Marketing Manager for the Digital Oncology portfolio, you will be responsible for creating and managing the global commercial product marketing strategies for our growing Digital Oncology portfolio, with a focus on our Eclipse TPS Software.

You will be a part of the Marketing team, responsible for the creation and execution of all product activities (value proposition & messaging, product launches, campaigns, lifecycle management, and initiatives). A valuable team member who will collaborate with a global cross-functional team to ensure market success.

Major responsibilities:            

Represent the digital oncology product line as a subject matter expert for Treatment planning at trade shows, KOL visits, scientific meetings, and industry working groups.Maintain up to date product knowledge and trends including competitor productsIdentify market needs and opportunities via customer research, competitive analyses, and industry expertise.Collaborate with Product Management on treatment planning product roadmap to ensure customer needs are met and align on the commercial and marketing strategy.Collate, organise, and structure feedback from customers, and GEO Sales & Marketing to ensure customer feedback are fed into product roadmaps and offersLead development and execution of product launches, bringing creativity, vision and brand awarenessDevelop and communicate product insights, positioning, and value proposition throughout the organization crafting alignment around the goals of the companyWork closely with education, and professional services team to ensure training and deployment needs are designed to ensure effective adoption of our solutions, for the various customer segments, adapting as necessary over time.Generate marketing materials and sales training content for use by downstream regional/geographic marketing teams worldwide.Partner with GEO marketing leaders to establish consistency in product positioning and branding in all key marketsWork with Sales to analyse sales trends and develop customer segmentation strategies for targeted product launches, and growth initiatives. Ensure the commercial strategy aligns with local needs and a targeted country approach.Complete all necessary country readiness activities as needed.Works with the Geo Marketing team to identify training needs and opportunities for internal sales team and distributor partners.Work with and build key clinical partners with a view to increasing representation at national and international conferences and events and through scientific publicationsMake product obsolescence and discontinuation decisions for lifecycle management in coordination with product management and commercialization team.Create documentation, templates and supporting material as required.Manage time accordingly so projects/tasks are run on time and escalate when key milestones will not be met.Performs other duties as assigned

Education / Experience:          

Education requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)

Related Experience: Career experience in the field of Radiation Oncology, Treatment Planning

Skills:             

Experience with treatment planning solutionsUnderstanding of radiation therapy customers, their requirements & clinical workflowExperience working in commercialization, product launches and pricing strategies (desirable)Skilled in PowerPoint presentations and creating marketing documentationUnderstanding of digital applications/ cloud applications and the SaaS business model (desirable)Results driven with a passion to learn moreExtremely organized and able to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentA team player with creative ideas around marketing with a business mind.Excellent communication, presentation and writing skillsExperience in the healthcare, healthcare IT or software industry with implementing scalable enterprise solutions (desirable)Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience in Salesforce CRM and/ or CPQ tools (desirable)

Other Requirements:

Fluent in English. 

Other languages would be desirable

Travel 25 - 50%

The base pay range for this position is

Min $97,900 - Max $176,300

The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
