DHS S&T wasestablishedby Congress to provide innovative scientific and technical solutions to the nation's homeland security challenges. S&T executes Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) to transition solution approaches, technologies, and knowledge products in support of DHS Component customers including U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the U.S. Secret Service, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Federal, State, Local Tribal and Territorial (FSLTT) first responders, and the larger Homeland Security Enterprise (HSE).
Noblisis seeking Treaty and Regulatory Compliance Analystsatmultiplelevelsto support U.S. governmentcutting-edgescience and technology research and development. Our AnalystsassistFederal Program Managers and researchers incomplying withapplicable treaty, regulatory and policy frameworks, and support our client inrepresentingthe agency's interests in interagency and international technology policy discussions.Staffareresponsible forfacilitatingdepartment-wide compliance with applicable arms control agreements, with a particular focus on the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) and the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC).
**Responsibilities**
+ Review and assess all relevant agency-sponsored research and development activities for Treaty and Regulatory compliance andperceptionissues
+ Coordinatelogisticsfor senior-level meetings and briefings related to arms control compliance
+ Advocate for the Department's equities within the U.S. interagency on a variety of biological science and nonproliferation policy issues
+ Serve as treaty compliance subject-matter expert for other Compliance Assurance Team colleagues
+ Manage multiple compliance portfolios and related information on all agency-sponsored biological, chemical, and animal care research activities

Mid Junior
+ Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience OR

+ Compensation: $63,600 - $99,450
Mid level
+ Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of relevant experience OR
+ Master’sdegreeplus 5 years of relevant experience
+ Compensation: $84,700 - 132,325
Senior level
+ Bachelor’s degree plus 15 years of relevant experience OR

+ Compensation: $112,700 - $176,150

+ Experience engaging with senior government or private sector leadership
+ Familiarity with homeland security mission areas and the roles of science and technology in building capabilities to support these areas

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
**Posted Salary Range**
USD $52,600.00 - USD $176,150.00 /Yr.
