We will rely on you to:
Manage multinational accounts across multiple lines of business
Conduct market research/analysis and prepare presentation materials for new business, renewals and prospective clients
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, prospects, colleagues and insurers
Assess risks and develop the best solutions for our clients
Project manage large complex accounts involving multiple stakeholders
Maintain a deep understanding of market changes and conditions to better serve clients and secure the best terms
Create and present renewal proposals and participate in presentations to prospective clients

Manage business development/revenue generation activities.
Ensure timely flow of materials and follow-up on contract documentation
Demonstrate an excellent grasp of product lines, markets and available solutions, as well as staying up to date with changing risks and market trends
What you need to have:
Over 3 years of reinsurance experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and/or projects
Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and to work in a team
