Job Description
Overview:
Insight Global is in search of a Customer Support Representative for a large pharmaceutical client in Indianola, PA. This position is responsible for providing assistance to external customers and multiple field Teams in the off hours (nights & weekends). Responsibilities include customer calls when a product within a hospital goes down, troubleshooting, scheduling a service tech to come out if problem is not resolved. Support resolution of troubleshooting regarding products and service dispatch as well as updating and accurately maintaining data in SAP and CRM systems.
Day to Day:
Provide support function such as facilitating resolution of off hours customer/field issues.
Have technical conversations with hospital professionals if/when a product goes off line
Utilize SAP and CRM Systems to professionally handle customer/field calls, and requests via phone, CRM, email and web.
Customer calls and dispatch if problem is not resolved
Provide dispatch service to customers as well as manage Dispatch console for the field.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors / Associates Degree (general)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
- Familiarity being a Technical Service Representative - Pharmaceutical Background
- HVAC / Washers / Dryers / Heaters /
- Excellent inter-personal, organizational, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment null
