If you have a passion for supporting others and enhancing patient experience, we want to talk to you. **Expectations:** + Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows. + May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice. + Perform telephone triage for patients calling their provider with certain symptomatology. + Demonstrates the ability to use the nursing process to collect data. Requires interview/communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills to level of licensure. + Ability to work within protocols approved by CHI Health to provide information to patients and consumers. + Accepts inbound calls from patients, pharmacies and other healthcare entities. + Performs outbound calls to notify patients of reviewed lab and imaging results according to protocols that require review of the patient chart to answer questions. + Ability to follow medication refill protocols and act accordingly to those protocols. + Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state + Graduate of an accredited nursing program + Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required **Pay Range** $26.38 - $38.26 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
