Day Shift, Monday- Friday, No Evenings, No Weekends, No Holidays\n

POSITION SUMMARY\n

To streamline patient calls and reduce steps to a resolve patient medical concerns. Addresses urgent patient needs and consults with physicians to determine appropriate care plans. Triage patient phone calls and address medical concerns as needed. Ensure the delivery of quality patient care through effective oversight of triage and call center functions.\n

QUALIFICATIONS\/EDUCATION\/TRAINING\/LICENSURE:\n\nRegistered Nurse (RN) license.\nBachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.\nThree or more years of experience in clinical nursing with urology practice experience preferred.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are required.\n\n
