Job Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Triage/Testing Coordinator to join our team. This unique role combines defect management and coordination responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with a testing background who are eager to grow and take ownership in a fast-paced environment. As the Triage/Testing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the defect lifecycle, supporting a large organization of 250-300 users and processing 2,000-3,000 defects annually. You'll work closely with project managers, QA teams, and developers while reporting to and being trained by the person who oversees this position. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate the defect lifecycle from creation to production using Jira * Review all defects submitted across the organization, determine the root cause, and assign them to the appropriate development team * Serve as the primary point of contact for defect triaging and resolution, supporting the Agile process and ensuring smooth handoffs between SDLC phases (QA, UAT, Production) * Provide reporting and analysis using tools like Excel and Tableau * Act as a liaison between teams, fostering collaboration and mitigating conflict where necessary * Learn and adapt quickly to organizational tools and processes, driving continual improvement * Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
