All native Group is seeking experienced Tribal Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) that can lend insight into Tribal data and IT systems. This position will function in an advisory capacity related to client solution development and delivery. Must reside in the United States, adhere to working during Central Time zones to collaborate with the team.
Essential Functions
Conduct needs assessments, develops IT strategic plans, and provide consultations to Tribes on a variety of information technology process improvement issues.Support the oversight and execution of defined strategies with Tribes across the countryCollaborate with Childcare SMEs, Strategy SMEs, and other Technology SMEs who are supporting other States, Territories, and TribesWork with managers and clients to gather business requirements, identify deliverables, and support IT strategiesAct as a subject matter expert to provide the vision and strategy for application modernization from a Tribal lensProvide strategic direction for client deliverablesAnalyze a situation and formulate effective solutionsAbility to make technical decisions regarding solutions and how they impact business outcomesTranslating system requirementsRisk identification and managementIntegrate with the Child Care Technical Assistance Network (CCTAN) to collaborate and coordinate technical assistance delivery, best practices, and lessons learnedIntegrate with vendors/partners to collaborate and coordinate technical assistance delivery, best practices and lessons learned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.

Education
Master's degree in related field preferred.
