PURPOSE /OBJECTIVE
The Trimmer Apprentice is responsible to learn the skillset to become a Journeyman Operator

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•        Learn to set up and operate all trimmers.

•        Learning the skills necessary to operate assigned machinery.

•        Responsible for prepping machine for the next production run.

•        Evaluate production quality; bring concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

•        Assist in training other trimmer personnel.

•        Troubleshoot production issues that may arise.

•        Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.

•        Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.

•        Overtime is required.

 

•        Perform other duties as assigned
