Work Location & Shifts: 1st shift-6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday

Pay:   The hourly pay rate for this position is $20.00 + benefits.  Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.   This information is specific to North Platte and may not be applicable to other locations.

Overview

A Trimsaw Catcher is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations throughout the door manufacturing process. Their duties include loading and unloading doors or raw materials, assembling, crafting, and correct movement of doors throughout the manufacturing process. General Laborers are cooperative and willing to apply their skills in various venues by regularly rotating positions to achieve success.

What you will do:

Along with co-worker, catch doors coming out of trim saw.Grab proper pallet for doors to be stacked on.                                                             Check for reject doors and place them to one side.                                                                 Push finished door stack off scissor lift to conveyor.    Clean up work area when shift ends using LOTO procedures.Assist in repair during downtime.Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.Perform housekeeping duties

What you will need:

Preferably one year experience in manufacturing settingHS Diploma or GED preferredAble to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to lift up to 60lbs and on occasion push/pull 100lbs, also to sit, kneel and stoop.Ability to read, follow, and understand work instructions from both written and verbal sources and basic writing skills.Excellent attendance recordCommitment to your team members, self-motivation, and accountability to safety & quality.
