The Building People are seeking a qualified TRIRIGA Application Consultant  Responsible for analyzing the needs of the organization and providing senior level guidance on the overall technical design and development of FIT efforts. Responsible for communicating technical solutions to customers to ensure understanding. Lead demonstration of technical solutions and relay feedback to the development team. Shall communicate technical solutions to customers to ensure understanding. Shall develop and lead training to personnel, as requested, for new releases or enhancements Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish functional requirements, troubleshoot issues, provide suggestions and ideas to improve the solution. Document, develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping diagrams, use cases, feature files, and flowcharts for developers to follow. Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements to communicate with internal and external clients. Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases in support of the overall quality assurance process. Perform testing of implemented requirements, lead and support User Acceptance Testing, collect/document results, evaluate and act on feedback. Work on deliverables including requirements capturing, training guides, design documents and training videos.   Deliver online training as needed, develop client presentations, lead implementations. Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors.  Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.  Top Secret Clearance
