Troubleshooter (2nd shift)

Summary: Seeking a Troubleshooter for the 2nd shift to manage and resolve issues in molding machines, ensuring quality production and efficient machine operations.

Requirements:

Ability to set up molds and understand material specifications Proficiency in blueprint reading Fork truck driving capability Shop mathematics skills and use of precision measuring instruments Practical trades training equivalent to 1 to 3 years

Preferred Skills:

Experience with NC/CNC equipment program modifications

Responsibilities:

Resolve issues in starting up and maintaining molding machines Troubleshoot mechanical, electric, and hydraulic systems for production start-ups or tests Monitor machines, make adjustments, authorize shutdowns, and troubleshoot problems Shut down machines at end of production run and report faulty operations or materials Analyze production schedule for efficient start-up and employee utilization Comply with safety rules and maintain a clean work area Complete required records accurately

Pay Details: $23.00 to $34.00 per hour
