Job Description
Empty cases from the trailers while stacking the empty pallets and then washing the trailer outClean the cases washer on a daily basis to ensure the proper cleaning of cases being supplied to the plantCheck and document the case washer temperatureCheck and document cleaning solution concentration at least once per shift according t the master sanitation scheduleComplete all assigned paperworkLoads/unloads, stacks, and moves ingredients and finishes productsTransfer of finished product manually or by vehicleMay sort, bundle, and fill containers or place them in assembled unitsMay mark or put identifying labels on products loadsMay record movement of stock in/out of work areasmonitors materials products and equipment at each stop of the process and reports irregularities to the supervisor
Work Experience
High School Diploma or GEDMust be able to work Weekends and varying shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights)Ability to record dataAbility to read chemical labels and follow safe handling procedures for food-grade products.Must be organized and detail oriented with excelled verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to walk/stand on your feet constantly during your shiftMust be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbsAbility to constantly pull up to 270lbs with pull rod while walking backwards Maintain constant mental focus and constantly be aware of your surroundingsAbility to work for extended periods in cold, damp, and hot environments in the summerMust be able to pass a drug screen and physical
