About the Fleet Maintenance Manager Role
As a Fleet Maintenance Manager, you’ll prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment managing all fleet and maintenance activities for Sheboygan, WI hauling site.
You’ll run a 6-bay maintenance shop while leading a total team of 4 technicians to maintain a fleet of diesel-powered trucks. You'll overseeing budgets, vendors, suppliers, contractors in a maintenance setting. Your knowledge of heavy-duty trucks will allow you to understand service-related issues, maintain high standards in maintenance settings and ensure all safety standards are being upheld.
You'll continually focus on achieving market base profitability through effective management of all fleet and maintenance activities including: cost control, management development, as well as high training and safety standards.
This role reports into the District Manager, Sheboygan Hauling District.

What Does it take to be a Fleet Maintenance Manager?
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
Education: Bachelor's degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) or High School Equivalency and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Five (5) years of relevant work experience (in addition to the education requirement).
