Position Overview International is seeking a Truck Sales Manager. This leadership role is responsible for managing the AK, OR, and WA markets to sell the company’s products and services through the dealer channel. An expert in applying established standards to solve complex problems, even when no precedent exists. Uses sound judgment and best practices to improve products, services, and processes, leveraging deep knowledge of the field and business. Networks with senior leaders both internally and externally. This role is remote with a preference for home office location in the Pacific Northwest. Must be able to travel 75% and the territory includes Alaska, Washing and Oregon. Our Perks: • Company Car • Great benefits • Very competitive compensation and Incentive plan • Industry leading products, parts and dealer network to support your sales mission Responsibilities • Provide necessary coaching and support for dealer sales representatives to conquest new business and retain existing customers. • Ability to provide consultative services in the ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) and BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) space throughout the customer journey. • Achieve sales results and margin by developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics, as well as developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. • Performs as a resource with high level knowledge of company products and services. • You'll be part of a team that enjoys the International product and customer solutions line that will support closing customer opportunities! • You'll present consultative strategies and solutions directly to customers and prospects. • You'll work closely with our dealers and other internal groups to ensure smooth transactions. • You'll manage the relationship with dealers to make the customer experience the best in the industry. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 8 years of sales experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR Master’s degree At least 6 years of sales experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR At least 10 years of sales experience At least 1 year of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
