Job Description
The Production Installer will fit, assemble, and install truck beds and equipment for commercial use. This includes installing service bodies, platforms, dumps, generators, compressors, hoists, and cranes as required by client orders. The role involves mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components and requires the use of various hand and power tools, as well as schematics, diagrams, and blueprints depending on the complexity and experience level. The company supports industries such as construction, contracting services, public works, emergency response, utilities, and transportation. Candidates should have a strong mechanical aptitude, which includes troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creativity.
ResponsibilitiesFit, assemble, and install truck beds and equipment for commercial use.Install service bodies, platforms, dumps, generators, compressors, hoists, and cranes as per client orders.Work with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.Utilize various hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, impact guns, and hydraulic tools.Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.Troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in truck equipment installation.3+ years of experience working with hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, impact guns, and hydraulic tools.Direct experience in the truck/trailer industry.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with hydraulics, electrical assembly, and MIG welding.Familiarity with grinders, plasma cutters, and installation of mechanical components.Ability to work with hydraulic pneumatic systems and perform grinding and wiring tasks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment consists of an open-air shop for most manufacturing and assembly tasks, as well as a yard area for staging and installation of equipment. Candidates will work both indoors and outdoors. The team comprises approximately 10-12 people. The shift is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
