What You'll Do: + Apply cash receipts to booking reports with precision. + Research and resolve unmatched payments in collaboration with external partners. + Maintain up-to-date client and booking records. + Handle fund transfers, refunds, and payment adjustments. + Oversee escrow transactions, ensuring proper disbursement of funds. + Work closely with agents, studios, and business managers to address inquiries. + Contribute to process improvement projects and system enhancements.
