Description We are seeking a Trust and Estate Attorney/Lawyer in the Legal industry, based in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The primary function of this role is to handle trust and estate law cases, civil litigation, and use various skills such as case management software and document management to effectively deliver results. Responsibilities: • Handle trust and estate law cases with precision and efficiency • Engage in civil litigation processes and procedures • Draft and respond to pleadings in a timely manner • Utilize case management software to organize and manage cases • Leverage Adobe Acrobat for document creation and editing • Use the conveyancer software for efficient legal document transactions • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints • Administer and process customer credit applications • Maintain accurate records of customer credit information • Practice effective document management and briefing skills. Requirements • Possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school • Hold a valid license to practice law in the state • In-depth understanding of estate law and estate planning • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines • High level of professionalism and confidentiality • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
