Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate to join their Estate Planning & Trusts practice. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established team in a growing and dynamic office, providing legal services to a diverse range of clients.

 

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in Florida (in good standing). 2-3 years of substantive corporate or transactional experience, with a focus on tax and estate planning. L.L.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is highly preferred. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on estate planning and tax strategies, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses. Assist with the structuring and drafting of trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents. Collaborate with experienced attorneys in the firm’s Boca Raton office on complex estate planning and corporate matters. Provide legal counsel to clients with business interests and investments in Florida and beyond.
