**Role: Trust Associate** **Location: New Castle, Delaware - 19720 (hybrid, 3 days onsite)** **Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion as FTE** Pay rate between $50 - $58/hr on W2 **Job description:** The position is an intermediate Corporate Trust level position for the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Agency & Trust transactions. The position will assist in implementing, maintaining new, and existing transactions. **Responsibilities:** o Assist in the implementation and maintenance of capital markets transactions including but not limited to Aviation loan facilities/ABS Aircraft Securitizations o Support transaction managers in managing high volume New Loan Draws/Funding/Amortization/Prepayments/Interest Payments/Commitment Fees/Amendments to Credit and Security Agreements o Manage Lender Waiver Requests & Ongoing communication with the Aviation Banking Team, Delaware Loan Ops and TM on both new and existing facilities o Assist Transaction Managers with managing client day-to-day activities related to their transactions, including posting documents to Debt Domain. o Assist with supporting the distribution of relevant rate reset notices o Assist Transaction Managers in completion of internal projects related to their transactions and to Client. o Assist with management of document custody request of releases o Address transactional inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients in connection with transactions. o Adhere to Client Agency & Trust policies and procedures for client onboarding, deal implementation, account opening, deal payment processing and deal maintenance. o Coordinate with Operations and clients for transaction set-up, activity and reporting. o Coordinate with Operations for inquiries from clients. o In all matters, demonstrate particular consideration for the banks reputation and safeguarding Client, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **Qualifications:** o 2-5 years of relevant experience (e.g. operations, transaction management, product management) o Demonstrated experience in deal implementation, deal maintenance, and direct interaction with clients o Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate o Ability to manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements o Intermediate level of expertise with Microsoft Excel and general computer knowledge o Demonstrate organizational , problem-solving and decision-making skills o Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education:** o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
