Responsible for scanning and indexing of Trust Operations daily work and reconcilement reports. Cross-train in multiple positions to provide coverage.

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists administrative officers and staff with locating requested aged physical files and logging-in/logging–out account files.
Creates new account legal folders.
Closes and archives files.
Performs reconcilement of various accounts.
Cross trains in multiple positions to provide coverage.
Manages department mail.
Manages files stored at an off-site location.
Arranges the disposal (shredding) of aged documents.
Manages file storage system in associated spreadsheets.
May be assigned other job duties or responsibilities.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Ability to learn Banking and Trust Software.
Possess strong math skills.
Ability to complete basic bookkeeping functions.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
Capacity to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
