ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be expected to:

Conduct comprehensive investigations on potential and existing partners, clients and customers and respond to any Trust & Safety violations. Perform KYP and KYC checks to verify the identity and legitimacy of entities and individuals, as well as following auditing processes.  Prepare clear, detailed investigative reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.  Monitor and stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices in due diligence, KYP and KYC processes.  Identify potential risks and red flags through investigative findings and recommend appropriate actions. Creating and organizing reports for managers to  assess team’s quality. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to investigations and compliance. Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on investigation processes, as needed. Use data to identify gaps in current policies and processes, making recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to deal with issues concerning fraud against Fever and its clients. Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry standards related to user safety and platform integrity. Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving platform integrity and user safety. Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.

This role is located at Fever’s HQ in Madrid, and although we can be flexible with the timing you will be expected to move there if you are currently living elsewhere.
