Trust Senior Associate (TSA) -


This job is responsible for providing administrative and account servicing activities for fiduciary and trust client relationships. Key responsibilities include serving as a trust product expert, helping to identify opportunities for expanded product penetration in existing books of business, and supporting administrative client account/relationship servicing. Job expectations include acting as an additional point of contact to clients and supporting other service associates as needed.

Responsibilities:

Supports Trust Officers with administrative and account servicing activities for fiduciary and trust clients, while applying knowledge of trust products to support the execution of client transactionsServes as an additional point of contact to clients and/or as backup for the Trust Officers, servicing account questions and resolving service issues including investment management and trust accounts, money movement, discretionary actions, resolving compliance metrics exceptions, Client Maintenance Tool updatesIdentifies new business opportunities for expanded penetration of Private Bank capabilities within the client's current book of business, while assisting other service associates as neededCoordinates the internal delivery of trust services through the appropriate channels within the Fiduciary Services and/or Trust Operations groupsPartners with the Trust office on general day-to-day administration functions for maintaining investment management and trust accounts
