What you'll be doing

Medical device installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting in different hospitals, clinics, patient home or technical service centerHandle inquiries, provide technical advice and consultation to customersPrepare technical specification document, service quotation and post service reports to customersAchieve all technical service performance objectives / indicatorsSupport and assist sales and marketing team for any business issues technicallyControl spare parts' usage in proper mannerPerform ad-hoc assignment when necessary

What you'll bring

Higher Diploma or above in Biomedical Engineering/ Electronic andElectrical Engineering or related fieldFresh graduated is also welcomed1-2 years related experience or registered electrician of Grade A is an advantageGood demeanor towards working and customersAbility to work autonomously and a team player, with a drive and determination to succeedAttractive package with MICP bonus, OT allowance, 13th month pay, etc. is provided Effective working style, result oriented
