Job Description As a Cryptographic Modernization Analyst on our team, youll oversee staff working on the assessment of the DoD's current cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risks. Youll evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, youll lead the team in the development of a strategic cyber roadmap. Youll work with the client to ensure they operate securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment. Work with us as we secure the DoD's communication programs through strategic cyber policy development. Skills and Requirements Experience with communication technology or communication security  Experience with COMSEC  Knowledge of cryptography  Knowledge of key management  Ability to communicate with senior executives and senior military officers clearly and concisely via verbal, written, and visual formats, including presentations and dashboards  TS/SCI clearance  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Engineering and 12+ years of experience with information technology, or 16+ years of experience with information technology in lieu of a degree Experience with cryptography as pertaining to key management  Knowledge of post quantum cryptography  Ability to manage actions and taskers through a standardized government system  CISSP or a related Certification null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
