What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

Work in a structured environment using established procedures and seek guidance from colleagues.Ensure work is regularly reviewed for technical judgment, completeness, and accuracy.Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) by following site procedures.Identify and implement improvements in efficiency, safety, quality, and cost for equipment and processes.Develop metrics and action plans to meet customer and business needs, promoting compliance with cGMP.Use project management skills to lead and participate in cross-functional teams, supervising inspection, reconciliation, dispensing, and receivals of components.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):

BA/BS degree with any years of experience, or Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant experienceEffective verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Office programsStrong organizational skillsBasic understanding of manufacturing processes

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):

Pharmaceutical experience in Operations EngineeringExperience in a highly regulated environmentKnowledge of cGMP and regulatory standardsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to identify and implement cost-effective solutionsExperience in optimizing production workflows
