Role Responsibilities
Led the banquet business for Mumbai Thane & Raigad.Build relationships with partners – Clients & Venue for 3rd Party space. Negotiate deals and ensure all agreed deliverables are executed with excellence.Work with the Commercial Marketing On-Premise team, to get the deliverables met in terms of branding – Curation of Cocktails, Menus, Bars etc.Claim settlements.Securing and tracking the number of events done & budget on monthly basisLiaise with the advocacy team to ensure barman training, menu curation.Capture market best practices and share them regularly, including competitor activity.Qualifications
Postgraduate in business/management programMinimum 1-2 years’ experiencestrong communication skills and interpersonal skillsDemonstrates high levels of adaptability, and flexibility when faced with ambiguous challenges.Diversity statement
