Job Summary:

This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects and also responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the stability and performance of TSG system and service in UPS Indonesia

He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, implement and support technology solution, ensuring efficient and effective service deliver and other duties as assigned.

He/she will be based in UPS ID – Jakarta Center

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Installation and configuration of computer hardware, operating systems, software, printers, scanner and peripherals for company.Included provide support to external customers on UPS Shipping Tools, the tasks include installation, configuration and troubleshooting on operating system, software and computer peripherals.Maintenance and monitoring computer networks, servers and systems.Performing daily checks on the company’s computer, server and equipment.Providing technical supports, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults across the company (onsite or remote support).Working with employees/customers to identify computer problem and advising on the solution.  Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request.Prepared documentation and update records of IT matters.Testing and evaluating new technology.Provide IT training to employees/customers/TSG teams.

Strengths:

Good communication skills and work with all levels of peopleHand-on experiences in hardware and software support (Microsoft products).Able to work under high pressure working environment.Good planning and problem-solving skills.Very delegated and can work independently.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Degree or higher – Diploma / Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related subjects with at least one-year relevant working experiences preferred.Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
