Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

Work with functional team and clients to implement ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM and build customized applications using ServiceNow AppEngine Develop scoped applications that will utilize all the ServiceNow’s platform functionality Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services Work with the latest ServiceNow AI capabilities to enhance applications Use UI/UX leading practices to develop ServiceNow Portals Design and develop reports and dashboards

The Team

The US Technology Services Optimization Offering works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation utilizing ServiceNow. Working with CIO’s, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, PPM) and their teams to establish an operating model for technology based on the implications of NextGen and advances technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.

Qualifications
Required

Minimum 3+ years of experience developing, implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, with Customer Service Management (CSM) a must, Hands-on experience with Service Portal Development, Flow designer and/or traditional workflows Excellent understanding of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model 4.0 (CSDM 4) Experience in Custom Application Development using ServiceNow Experience managing integrations in ServiceNow utilizing ServiceNow table APIs, scripted Web Services, custom REST APIs, Integration hub Expertise in ServiceNow Scripting – Business rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, JavaScript, etc. Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy and actions, and client and server scripts Experience building dashboards and reports Experience with App Engine Must currently have or be able to obtain an active secret security clearance for this role Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel. Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA 

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), highly desirable ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), highly desirable Experience with UI Builder, a plus ITIL Foundations, a plus
