Skills and Requirements TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required JOURNEYMAN Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 4 -- 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 -- 6 years of prior relevant experience. SENIOR Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 8 -- 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 -- 10 years of prior relevant experience. SME Level - Typically requires a BA degree and 12 -- 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 -- 13 years of prior relevant experience.
