TSSCI Network Service Administrator
Job Description An employer is looking for a Network Problem Analyst to sit at Fort Meade, MD. This person is going to be responsible for gathering trend data and identifying Key Performance Indicators. From there they will need to determine areas of improvement or critical failures to develop the trend analysis. Some functions include analyzing network outages, incidents, and events, developing trend reports, and participating with the companys incident and problem management teams and working groups to assist with remediation of these issues. This person will need to be comfortable working alone while coordinating meeting and supporting presentations based on this analysis to Stakeholder and Senior Managers. Compensation: $40/hr to $48/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements Active TSSCI Prior experience analyzing network trends like outages and creating a trend analysis from it Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 4+ years of overall related experience. 4+ years of additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree. Experience with the ITIL fundamental like Problem and Change management Experience creating visual data models using excel (pivot tables, charts, etc) Must have experience in providing support and high level briefings to the customer. DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II, like Security+ce.
