Pay Rate: $22.96 per hour (plus production bonus)

Basic Job Functions:

The Tube Mill Lead will be responsible for leading safety at NWS and Nucor.  The Tube MillLead will lead the tube mill operations at NWS-Vernon in providing world-class quality products to all our customers.  The Tube Mill Lead will also be responsible for team development, and daily operations of all tube mill lines.  Scheduling and planning reliable tubing operations will be a part of the Tube Mill Lead position responsibilities.  The successful candidate will be a key business partner with NWS - Vernon leadership team.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications: Previous leadership/supervisory experience Production and Operations experience Preferred Qualifications: 2 years leadership/supervisory experience Previous Rack Manufacturing and/or manufacturing experience Previous roll forming or tube making experience
