Tubing Park Attendant - Giants Ridge

Job Summary:

The Tubing Park Attendant helps with the daily operation of the Tubing Park in an efficient manner while promoting a positive guest experience.

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Observes, assists and provides direction to guests when loading and unloading tubes.Shovels and removes snow; maintains waiting areas.Checks guest tickets and passes.Assist with traffic control in the run out area by directing tubers to the designated exit area and ensures smooth transitions.Answers guest questions and provides basic information about tubing procedures and safety.Places and maintains fencing and signage as assigned by the supervisor.Reports any accidents or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND KNOWEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

Must have a strong work ethic and be dependable.Ability to understand verbal and written instructions effectively.Must have strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact with guests in a positive and friendly manner.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work outdoors in variable, adverse weather conditions for extended periods.Ability to lift 50 pounds, shovel, rake and engage in repetitive pushing and pulling motions.Must have the ability to stand for the entire duration of shift.Speech recognition and clarity, including the ability to understand the speech of customers and coworkers and the ability to speak clearly so that you can be understood by customers and coworkers in English.Constantly communicates and receives verbal communication with other employees in a fast-paced environment.Physical presence at the job site is essential to perform job duties.Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
