**Job Title: Tumbler Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
Seeking a dedicated machine operator for the washer department to operate a tumbling machine. This role involves ensuring each machine is filled with the appropriate amount of chemicals and parts, operating the machine to clean parts and smooth their edges, and measuring parts' dimensions using calipers and micrometers.
**Responsibilities**
+ Timely tumbling, degreasing, cleaning, and de-slugging of parts to specifications.
+ Cleaning, filling, and maintenance of solutions, equipment, and tanks, including minor lubrication.
+ Following existing tumbling procedures while looking for improvement opportunities to develop new processes.
+ Inventorying supplies and informing the supervisor as needed.
+ Efficient processing of multiple jobs and priorities by due dates and dispatch reports.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to read calipers and micrometers.
+ Blueprint reading.
+ Deburring.
+ Production.
+ Troubleshooting.
+ Grinding.
+ Press operation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Must be ITAR Certified.
+ Ability to interpret drawings, follow routers, use shop math, and use handheld measuring tools (Calipers, Micrometers).
+ Understanding of tolerances such as +/- .005.
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Employees will start on the 1st shift for training and then move to the 2nd shift with a shift differential. **Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
