C & B Equipment, a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 35 years to include John Deere Ag, Material Handling and Powersports locations, has an opening for a Parts Specialist role at its dealership located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. A Turf Retail Associate is responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories. Essential Duties:

Promotes and sells products and/or services on and off-site to meet customer needs Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order On-call rotation as needed during seasonal hours

Qualifications:

Ability to provide excellent customer service skills Positive, enthusiastic disposition to exceed the on-going needs of our customers. Prior sales experience and John Deere parts and equipment knowledge preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team oriented Relates well to all kinds of people and easily builds trusting relationships Unwavering integrity and strong work ethic Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office products Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record Fork lift knowledge preferred

Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
