Job Summary: The Turn Window Attendant plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for members and guests of Blackstone Country Club. This position is responsible for ensuring that the turn window area is efficiently managed, offering excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet golfers as they approach the turn window with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide information on menu items, daily specials, and any promotions. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly. Order Management: Prepare and serve a range of food and beverage items according to club standards. Ensure that orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of member transactions and handle credit card payments as required. Area Maintenance: Keep the turn window area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the turn window area as needed. Support special events or functions as requested by management. Operational Efficiency: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the golf course’s schedule and peak times to anticipate and manage customer flow. Ensure efficient and prompt service to minimize wait times for golfers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of service. Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
