Summary:
Seeking a Turnaround Planner responsible for planning, scheduling, and leading major maintenance projects with a focus on safety, environmental responsibility, and resource efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience planning and executing major maintenance projects.

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

Proficiency in data analysis and report building.

Ability to lead team meetings, conduct training, and present in large group settings.

Commitment to safety and responsible environmental practices.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage turnaround planning schedules, meetings, milestones, and task stewardship for Operations.

Lead Operations and support personnel in developing equipment shutdown, safe-out, and start-up plans, schedules, and procedures.

Collaborate with turnaround, cross-functional, capital projects teams, operators, planners, engineers, and contractors.

Drive the consistent application and continuous improvement of turnaround planning processes, standards, and procedures.

Communicate and coordinate turnaround activities and schedules with key stakeholders.

Additional Details:

Position requires a 50/50 split between office and field environments.

This is a safety-sensitive role.

Pay: 63-84

Pay Details: $63.00 to $84.00 per hour
