**Description** **TYPICAL DUTIES:** + Actively supports the Company’s commitment to safety and its "Core Values". + Always represents the Company with high moral standards while adhering to the Company’s "Code of Business Conduct and Ethics". + Perform tasks required to develop and maintain schedules for a portion of a outage. Includes collecting actual and quantities installed per schedules, assess progress data supplied by others, and visual inspections. + Support supervision through preparation and maintenance of forecasts and schedules. May draft construction network diagrams for specific areas. + Develop detailed engineering and construction schedules with construction management. May assemble data from a variety of sources including A/E, client engineering, other contractors and the like. + Supervise updating of construction forecast to reflect most current plans and requirements. + Interface with other construction departments to provide scheduling data for items such as subcontract change requests, bid comparisons, new work item estimates and resolution of potential work schedule problems. + Identify safety hazards you or other employees may be subject to and take all necessary corrective action to eliminate or minimize hazards. + Perform all other job-related duties as requested by supervision + May be required to work from drawings and blueprints. **SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:** Minimum of four (4) years or more in refinery maintenance experience. Good understanding of boilermaker type work and knowledge of basic hand tools. Working knowledge of and ability to select and apply resource monitoring and control techniques such as CPM networks scheduling, computer scheduling techniques, etc. as well as an understanding of the nature of process systems, structures and construction technology required. Complete the Matrix Service Safety training, Process Safety Management training and Client/Site specific training. Must obtain and maintain an active status within the appropriate drug testing program. MUST have TWIC card. _Verification of 8,000 craft related hours._ **_Graduated journeyperson status preferred._** Washington law requires pay information in job postings. The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience, specific skill set, geographic location, internal equity, and other factors influencing pay. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of this range, and in certain circumstances, may fall outside the listed hiring range.
