Description of the role: Tutor Doctor seeks a passionate and knowledgeable Tutor in High School Statistics. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring sessions to high school students in the subject of Statistics. You will assist students in understanding statistical concepts, guide problem-solving techniques, and support them in their coursework. Responsibilities: * Deliver personalized tutoring sessions to high school students in the subject of Statistics * Assist students in understanding concepts, problem-solving, and homework completion * Create a supportive and motivating learning environment * Identify areas of improvement and tailor tutoring methods to meet individual student needs * Track student progress and provide feedback to parents Requirements: * Proven experience and expertise in Statistics * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner * Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles * Patient, understanding, and supportive nature * Punctual and reliable * Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred) * Aid students with Executive Functioning skills such as time management, study skills, responsibility and prioritization.  Benefits: * Competitive compensation of $28.5 per hour * Flexible scheduling * Fulfilling role in helping students succeed academically * Potential for professional growth and development About the Company: Tutor Doctor is a 20-year tutoring company dedicated to providing personalized 1:1. in-home tutoring services to students of all ages.
