Description of the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tutor to join our team at Tutor Doctor - North County San Diego. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing engaging and effective middle/high school math tutoring sessions to help students improve their understanding and skills in math. Responsibilities: * Deliver personalized tutoring sessions in math to middle/high school students, in-home, 1:1 * Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students. * Assess student's individual needs and develop customized lesson plans. * Utilize various teaching strategies and resources to address student's learning styles. * Monitor student's progress and provide valuable feedback to students and parents. Requirements: * Prior experience in tutoring middle/high school math. * Strong knowledge and understanding of math concepts at the middle/high school level. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Patient, flexible, and able to adapt teaching methods to individual student's needs. * Reliable transportation to travel to student's homes in N.
