The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Studio Production Leadership team, you will coordinate and implement all on and off-air schedules that roll up to broadcast production – TV production technician, Line producers, Assistant Producers, Coordinating Producers, supervisors. Collaborate with the Studio Production Leadership team to help facilitate and staff special projects, over-time and backfill due to call-offs. Create above mentioned Schedules and receive final approval from Studio Production Leadership. Input these approved schedules into multiple software programs for companywide visibility. Track and be able to give reports on OT, PTO, and any other hours related to company policy and compliance of the TV Production members. Be ready and able to use all planning, scheduling, and tracking software to complete the tasks assigned. You will assist Studio Production Leadership with filling open shifts during normal work hours and potential after hours if needed and approved.

Assess the needs of the schedule and create a solution using all the software and information available. Protect and comply with company policy and serve the needs of the Studio Production Leadership team and the work live balance of the employees that are scheduled. Must have familiarity and knowledge of MS software with an emphasis on complex matrixed scheduling solutions.
