Global responsibility for purchasing of Trade Goods for products for Video Systems and Access & Intrusion Systems

1. Leading a global and international team of strategic buyers in Asia, Europe and Americas
2. Disciplinary lead for strategic buyers in Taipei
3. Manage Material Fields and Suppliers:
- Material Field Strategy: Develop and execute Strategy in line with worldwide purchasing and business strategy
- Supplier Strategy: Manage relationship and strategic development within respective categories
- Taking responsibility for all purchasing processes from contracting, awarding, price negotiation, delivery escalation
4. Value contribution:
- Support management with annual budget preparation for mechanics commodities; monthly KPI follow-up and alignment
- Ensure annual cost savings contribution through negotiations and strategic awarding
- Initiate and execute technical cost reduction projects
- Business Plan and Budget responsible
- Escalation level for procurement in case of delivery bottlenecks

Education: Master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a similar field required.
Personality: Open, flexible and target group-oriented communication skills as well as high level of resilience and assertiveness. You are a passionate leader who likes to actively contribute to business success.
Leadership: You have strong leadership and management skills. You can proof 5+ years of experience.
Working Practice: Structured working and entrepreneurial mindset in an international environment. High affinity for cross-departmental cooperation.
Experience and Knowledge: 10+ years of professional purchasing experience in Purchasing of direct materials and / or trade goods at a global player in an international environment. Experience in supplier strategy development, bottleneck management and communication across management hierarchies.
Languages: Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken). German is a plus.
